基层医院中医院传染问题与对策分析

Basic-level Hospital Infection Problem and Countermeasure Analysis

目的分析基层医院中医院传染防控问题,提出相应的解决对策。方法采用行为观察法、现场调查法、问卷调查法评价医院传染防控现状。结果日应人均洗手次数12次,实际8次;个人防护达标68.75%、传染病患者无管理率14.2%、清洁消毒达标率87.2%;医院感染防控基础知识达标率83.3%、自觉良好率83.3%;现场调查各单位均未达标。结论基层医院中主要问题为医院传染防控措施不到位、医院与护士对医院感染防控能力不足、设施设备不足、管理形式化,应加强教育培训、积极改造硬件条件、加强监督与管理。

Objective To analyze basic-level hospital infection prevention and control problems, and put forward corresponding solution countermeasures. Methods It was used observation method, field survey method, questionnaire survey method to evaluate hospital infection prevention and control situation. Results It was showed that daily wash hands 12 times, actual only for 8 times, Personal protection standards were 68.75%, infectious disease patients without management was 14.2%, cleaning, disinfection success rate was 87.2%, Basic knowledge of hospital infection control was 83.3% success rate, good rate was 83.3%, Field investigation units was out of standard. Conclusion The main problem for infection prevention and control was lack of measures, infection control ability and management, for that, it should be suggested that improving education training, strengthening hardware conditions as well as supervision and administration.
