浅谈脾脏部分切除术的治疗效果

On the Treatment of Partial Resection of the Spleen

目的：对应用部分切除术治疗脾脏创伤的疗效进行探讨。方法选取我院2013年2月～2014年2月收治的进行脾部分切除术的患者30例进行回顾分析。结果通过进行脾部分切除术，30例患者中有29例手术顺利，术后效果良好，有1例术中出现大出血，改行全脾切除术后也已治愈。结论采用脾脏部分切除术进行治疗，可以保留脾的正常生理功能，术后并发症较少。

Objective To apply partial resection of the spleen to explore the efficacy of trauma. Methods A hospital in February 2013~February 2014 were admitted to partial splenectomy 30 patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results By performing partial splenectomy , 30 patients had 29 cases of surgery goes well, after good results , there appears intraoperative bleeding in one case , after the removal of the spleen diverted whole books have been cured. Conclusion Spleen partial nephrectomy for treatment , you can keep the normal physiological function of the spleen, cut less postoperative complications.
