肠易激综合征12例临床治疗

Irritable Bowel Syndrome Clinical Treatment of 12 Cases

目的：探讨肠易激综合征的临床治疗。方法选取临床2012年6月～2014年3月收治的肠易激综合征患者12例临床治疗方法进行分析。结果12例肠易激综合征患者中症状消失及好转10例，总有效率83.3%。结论根据症状学标准诊断，视情况选择性地做一些必要的排除性检查。若无“报警症状和体征”，可以先进行治疗，效果不佳者再寻找病因。

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Methods Clinical June 2012~March 2014 admitted to the clinical treatment of patients with irritable bowel Methods 12 cases were analyzed syndrome. Results 12 cases of patients with irritable bowel syndrome symptoms and improvement in 10 cases , the total efifciency of 83.3% . Conclusion The diagnosis is made based on symptomatology standards, as the case may be selectively excluded do the necessary checks. If there is no ＂ alarm symptoms and signs ＂ that can be treated , the effect is not good to look for the cause.
