高血压合并脑出血的临床诊治分析

The Clinical Analysis of Diagnosis and Treatment of Hypertension With Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的：分析探讨高血压合并脑出血的临床诊治特征。方法选取2012年6月～2013年6月期间在我院接受治疗的88例高血压合并脑出血患者的临床资料进行分析，总结高血压合并脑出血患者的发病因素、病情特点及诊治经验等。结果88例患者中，7例（7.95%）治愈，66例（75.0%）经治疗后病情好转，15例（17.04%）死亡；73例患者中48例偏瘫，14例失语。高血压合并脑出血具有高致残率及致死率的特点，对血压控制不良是导致发病的主要因素。结论加强对高血压患者的健康教育，规范高血压药物治疗是降低高血压脑出血发病的重要措施。

Objective Analysis to study the clinical characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of hypertension with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Selection in June 2012-June 2013 treated in our hospital during the period of the clinical data of 88 patients with hypertension with cerebral hemorrhage were analyzed, and concluded the onset of hypertension with cerebral hemorrhage patient factors, disease characteristics and the experience of diagnosis and treatment, etc. Results 88 cases, 7 cases （7.95%） were cured, 66 cases （75.0%） improved after treatment, 15 cases （17.04%） died;73 cases of 48 cases of patients with hemiplegia, 14 cases of aphasia. Hypertension with cerebral hemorrhage with high morbidity and mortality characteristics of the poor control of blood pressure is the main factor that cause disease. Conclusion To strengthen the health education of patients with high blood pressure, regulate blood pressure drug treatment is an important measure to reduce the incidence of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage.
