Analysis of Common Adverse Reactions to Vaccination of Children

目的对小儿预防接种的不良反应进行研究分析,为临床接种提供参考,提升安全性。方法根据我院2012年接收的30例小儿预防接种患者来进行研究分析,根据患儿临床中接种后出现的反应进行观察分析。结果患儿临床中的不良反应主要是腹泻、红肿、发热。结论临床中在为儿童进行预防接种的时候,避免不良反应产生的方法比较多,具体有:保持疫苗接种室的干净,提供相关的教育,让患儿能够更好的配合,保持正确的饮食搭配,针对儿童的情况来进行健康档案的建立,提供专用物品,接种前进行心理指导,准备好使用的接种物品,叮嘱儿童以及家属在接种后的一些注意事项,提供这些有效的措施后,小儿的要预防接种能够更加安全。

Objective To analyze the adverse reactions to vaccination for children, and provide reference for clinical vaccination, improve security. Methods According to our hospital received 30 cases of vaccination of children patients to carry on the research analysis, observation and analysis were carried out according to the clinical appearance of vaccination after reaction. Results The main adverse reactions in clinical are diarrhea, redness, fever. Conclusion The clinical in time for vaccination for children, keep the vaccination room clean, provide relevant education, to maintain the correct diet, according to the situation of children to establish health ifles, providing special items, psychological guidance before inoculation, prepared using inoculation items, told children and their families in some matters needing attention after inoculation, provide these effective measures, children to vaccination can more safely.
