综合治疗联合血浆置换救治重症肝炎疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Comprehensive Therapy Combined With Plasma Exchange in Treatment of Severe Hepatitis

目的：研究分析综合治疗联合血浆置换对重症肝炎患者的临床疗效。方法根据我院2009年～2013年接收的80例重症肝炎患者来进行研究分析，将这些患者分成对照组和观察组，均有40例患者，对照组接受的是综合治疗，观察组接受的是综合治疗联合血浆置换治疗，对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果观察组的共有16例显现，22例好转，2例无效，总有效率是95%，对照组共有20例好转，10例显效，10例无效，总有效率75%。两组患者的治疗前生化指标无统计学差异性，治疗后，对照组变化不明显，观察组的BUN、TBIL、NH3、ALT降低，CHE、CHO升高，结果具有统计学差异性。结论重症肝炎患者接受综合治疗联合血浆置换具有比较好的效果，患者的临床效果显著，症状改善明显，患者的生存质量获得了较大的改善。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of comprehensive treatment analysis combined with plasma exchange in patients with severe hepatitis. Methods According to the 80 cases of severe hepatitis patients in our hospital received to carry on the research analysis, the control received comprehensive treatment, the observation group received the comprehensive treatment combined with plasma exchange treatment, carries out a comparative analysis of the clinical efifcacy of the two groups. Results The two groups of patients before biochemical indexes had no statistical difference, after treatment, the control group did not change signiifcantly in the observation group, BUN, TBIL, NH3, ALT decreased, CHE increased, CHO. Combined with plasma exchange is effective receive comprehensive treatment Conclusion For patients with severe hepatitis, the life quality of the patients get improvement when the patients are received the treatment of plasma exchange.
