标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗大面积脑梗塞的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Standard Large Trauma Craniotomy in the Treatment of Massive Cerebral Infarction

目的：探究标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗大面积脑梗塞的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年3月～2013年3月期间收治的60例大面积脑梗塞患者，将其随机均分为观察组与对照组，观察组30例患者采取标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗，对照组30例患者采取常规大骨瓣开颅术治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗疗效。结果观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗大面积脑梗塞的临床效果显著，可以减少并发症、降低死亡率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of standard large trauma craniotomy in the treatment of massive cerebral infarction. Methods Selected in our hospital in 2012 March to 2013 March period treated 60 cases of large area cerebral infarction patients, it will be randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group of 30 patients by standard large trauma craniotomy treatment, 30 patients in the control group take routine craniotomy with large bone lfap for the treatment of. Clinical observation on the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The clinical curative effect of observation group signiifcantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of standard large trauma craniotomy in the treatment of massive cerebral infarction signiifcantly, can reduce complications, reduce the mortality rate, worthy of clinical use.
