肺结核病的治疗体会

Treatment Experience of Tuberculosis

目的：对肺结核病的治疗方法及效果进行探讨。方法选取我院2011年1月～2014年1月间收治的患有本病的患者20例进行研究分析。结果通过治疗，有18例患者的痰菌可转为阴性，转阴率为90%。X线检查显示在经过有效的治疗后，有19例患者的病灶吸收效果显著，病灶吸收率为95%。结论化学治疗为肺结核的主要方法，同时结合患者的实际情况进行，能够取得理想的效果。

Objective TB treatment and effect were discussed . Methods Hospital patients suffering from this disease between January 2011 to January 2014 were treated 20 cases of research and analysis. Results Through treatment, patients can be converted to negative sputum 18 cases, 90%negative. X-ray examination showed after effective treatment, there are 19 cases of patients with lesions absorption of significant lesions absorption rate of 95%. Conclusion The main method of chemical treatment for tuberculosis , combined with the actual situation of the patients were able to achieve the desired results , worthy of wider promotion.
