宫腹腔镜在女性不孕症诊治中的应用

Application of Laparoscopy in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Female Infertility

目的：探究在女性不孕症病患中宫腹腔镜的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年8月～2014年8月收治的不孕症病患66例，对其临床资料进行回顾分析。结果在66例病患中，经过宫腔镜检查见一侧输卵管阻塞的病患15例，双侧宫角阻塞5例。通过腹腔镜检查发现一侧输卵管粘连的病患13例，伞端闭锁9例，双侧输卵管粘连11例，双侧伞端闭锁13例。在对所有不孕病患实行伞端造口治疗后，其受孕率达到56.06%。结论对女性不孕病患采用宫腹腔镜的诊治方式能够较为精准的对其病变状况进行诊断，通过采取科学的治疗方式，能够帮助获取到极佳的疗效，促使不孕疾病得到较为良好的诊治。

Objective To explore the application of laparoscopy in female infertility patients. Methods Selection of our hospital in August 2013 -August 2014 were treated 66 cases of infertility patients , clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 66 cases of patients, after hysteroscopy see one side of the 15 cases of patients with tubal obstruction , bilateral uterine horn blocked ifve cases . By the side of laparoscopy patients found 13 cases of tubal adhesions , fimbria atresia 9 cases , bilateral tubal adhesions in 11 cases, 13 cases of bilateral ifmbria atresia . In practice ifmbria ostomy infertility treatment for all patients , the rate of 56.06%of its conception . Conclusion Female infertility diagnosis and treatment of patients using laparoscopy approach can be more accurate diagnosis of their disease status. By taking a scientiifc treatment , can help get to excellent effect, prompting infertility diagnosis and treatment of diseases are relatively good.
