摘要
目的观察在健康体检中心应用个性化护理的效果。方法采取随机法把本院健康体检中心接收的150例受检者分为对照组与观察组,两组受检人数分别为75例,对照组予以常规护理服务,观察组予以个性化护理服务,对比分析两组受检者健康教育知晓情况以及护理服务满意度。结果观察组受检者健康知识知晓率和护理服务满意度明显高于对照组,差异显著有统计学意义,即P<0.05。结论在健康体检中心应用个性化护理服务,便于受检者对于健康知识的了解和认识,提高其满意度,继而进一步提高医院服务质量,促进医院可持续发展。
Objective Observe in the health examination center application of individualized nursing effect. Methods Take a random method to the hospital health examination center received 150 subjects were divided into control group and observation group, two groups of a total of 75 cases, the control group was given routine nursing service, the observation group to individual nursing service, comparative analysis of two groups of subjects of health education condition and nursing service satisfaction. Results The observation group subjects awareness rate of health knowledge and nursing service satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group, significant difference has statistics significance, namely, P〈0.05. Conclusion In the health examination center application of individualized nursing service, convenient subjects for health knowledge understanding and knowledge, and improve their satisfaction, and then further improve hospital service quality, promote the sustainable development of hospital.
