摘要
目的观察胆道外科术后患者不舒适原因与护理措施。方法随机将100例肝胆手术患者分为两组。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用护理干预,比较两组护理满意度等指标。结果观察组护理满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对患者各阶段不舒适症状应该制定相应护理对策,有效处理不舒适因素,预防术后并发症发生。
Objective To observe the postoperative patients with biliary surgery uncomfortable causes and nursing measures. Methods 100 cases of liver and gallbladder surgery patients randomly divided into two groups. Control group using conventional nursing, the observation group adopt nursing intervention, compared two groups of nursing satisfaction index. Results The observation group nursing satisfaction significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients in different stages of the uncomfortable symptoms should formulate corresponding nursing measures, effectively handle uncomfortable factors, prevention of postoperative complications.
