猩红热患儿的临床护理分析

Analysis of Clinical Care of Children With Scarlet Fever

目的：探讨猩红热患儿的护理。方法选取2012年1月～2014年8月收治18例猩红热患儿临床隔离、一般护理、皮肤护理、应急措施护理方法进行分析。结果经治疗发热、咽炎、皮疹等症状1～4天消退。7～10天全部治愈出院。结论根据猩红热患儿的具体情况隔离，观察，精心合理护理积极配合治疗，提高患儿的生存质量。

Objective To investigate the care of children with scarlet fever. Methods January 2012-August 2014 were treated 18 cases of scarlet fever in children with clinical isolation, general care, skin care, emergency measures were analyzed nursing. Results After treatment of fever, pharyngitis, rash and other symptoms subside 1 to 4 days. 7 to 10 days all cured. Conclusion According to the speciifc circumstances of children separated scarlet fever, observation, careful and reasonable care and actively cooperate with treatment , to improve the quality of life of children.
