临床护理路径在急诊静脉输液患者中的应用效果观察

Clinical Nursing Path in the Application Effect Observation of Emergency Patients With Venous Transfusion

目的：探讨对急诊静脉输液患者应用临床护理路径的效果。方法选取本院2013年3月～2014年10月的300例急诊静脉输液患者为研究对象，随机分为实验组与对照组，实验组150例行常规静脉输液护理，对照组150例行临床护理路径护理，比较两组的护理满意度和纠纷率。结果观察组护理满意度93.33%，高于对照组（P＜0.01）；观察组医患纠纷率仅为2.67%，低于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论临床护理路径在急诊静脉输液患者中的应用效果良好，显著提高了护理满意度，降低了医患纠纷的发生。

Objective To investigate the application of clinical nursing path in patients with emergency intravenous lfuids. Methods Choose 300 cases in our hospital emergency patients with intravenous lfuids as the research object, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group 150 routine venous transfusion nursing, the control group of 150 clinical nursing path care routine, comparing two groups of nursing satisfaction rate and disputes. Results Observation group nursing satisfaction 93.33%, significantly higher than control group （P〈0.01）;Observation group of doctor-patient dispute rate is only 2.67%, signiifcantly lower than control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Clinical nursing path in the application of emergency patients with venous infusion effect is good, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the occurrence of medical disputes.
