摘要
目的探讨病理切片制作过程中常见问题及处理对策。方法选取我院病理切片坏片512件,分析其相关因素及处理对策。结果病理切片制作过程中包埋切片、标本固定、染色固封三个过程导致坏片几率较高。试剂试药、器械原因、环境原因是导致坏片的主要因素。结论严格规范病理切片制作过程中的各项操作是降低坏片率的关键。
Objective To explore the common problems in the process of making pathological section and countermeasures. Methods In our hospital pathological bad piece 512, analyze the related factors and treatment measures. Results The pathological process of making embedded sections, specimens were fixed, stained solid three processes lead to bad piece of higher probability. Reagents reagent, instrument reason, environmental reasons are the main factors which lead to bad film. Conclusion Strictly regulate the operation pathological production process is key to reduce the rate of bad piece.
