沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果评价

Salmeterol/fluticasone Propionate Clinical Effect Evaluation for the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的：探讨沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果。方法选取我院于2012年12月～2014年12月收治的120例阻塞性肺疾病患者，使用随机数字表法将其分成实验组和参照组，参照组采用常规方法进行治疗，实验组在参照组的基础上使用沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松联合用药治疗，采用统计分析软件观察两组患者治疗后症状积分与肺功能变化。结果通过观察两组患者的治疗效果可知，实验组患者治疗前后的症状积分与肺功能变化差异明显，有统计学意义（P＜0.05），但参照组治疗前后的症状积分与肺功能变化无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；通过对不良反应的研究两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论通过研究发现，沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果明显，值得推广使用。

Objective Discuss joint salmeterol fluticasone propionate clinical effect for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Selected from December 2012 to December 2014 treated 120 cases of patients with obstructive lung disease,using a random number table method will be divided into the experimental group and the control group,control group treated with the conventional methods, the experimental group in the control group on the basis of the use of salmeterol and fluticasone propionate combination treatment, the statistical analysis software are used to observe two groups of patients with symptom score and pulmonary function changes after treatment. Results By observing the curative effect of two groups of patients,the experimental group before and after treatment in patients with symptoms score and lung function changes obviously,was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）, but the control group before and after treatment symptoms score and lung function changes without statistical significance （P〉0.05）;Based on the research of the adverse reactions in the two groups no adverse reaction occurred. Conclusion Through the study found that joint salmeterol fluticasone propionate in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical effect is obvious,is worth promoting.
