氟喹诺酮类抗生素不良反应分析

Adverse-reaction Analysis on Fluroquinolone Antibiotics

目的：探讨氟喹诺酮类抗生素不良反应分析。方法选取2013年7月～2014年10月我院出现氟喹诺酮类抗生素不良反应的42例患者，作为研究对象，通过分析患者的临床资料，统计患者的用药类型、不良反应临床表现、反应程度及给药途径，分析患者氟喹诺酮类抗生素的不良反应。结果分析患者的给药途径诱发不良反应、不良反应的临床表现、诱发不良反应的药物类型及不良反应的程度明显，结果有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论氟喹诺酮类抗生素中氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星和格帕沙星易诱发不良反应，用药时要谨慎，保证患者用药的安全性。

Objective Adverse reactions caused by fluroquinolone antibiotics are to be investigated. Methods select 42 patients suffering from adverse reactions caused by lfuroquinolone antibiotics who are treated in hospital from July 2013 to October 2014 as study cases and make an analysis on patients’ clinical treatment data, medication types and clinical symptoms of adverse reactions, patients’ reaction degree and medication application approach in order to explore adverse reactions caused by lfuroquinolone antibiotics. Results Patients’ adverse reactions are noticeable when analyzing patients’ medication application approach, clinical symptoms of adverse reactions, medication types and patients’ reaction degree, such an analysis result has statistic value （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Olfoxacin, norlfoxacin and grepalfoxacin are mainly accounted for adverse reactions caused by lfuroquinolone antibiotics;therefore, it is suggested to be careful to give medication treatment in order to guarantee its medical safety in clinical application, which is quite worthwhile to be promoted clinically.
