美沙拉嗪治疗老年溃疡性结肠炎临床效果观察

Mesalazine Treatment Elderly Ulcerative Colitis Clinical Effect Observation

目的：探讨美沙拉嗪对于治疗连溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法将2011年6月～2013年6月间来我院治疗溃疡性结肠炎的96例老年患者随机分为对照组和观察组各48例，其中对照组给药柳氮磺胺吡啶；观察组给药美沙拉嗪。对两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、血沉（ESR）、肝肾功能的反应以及C反应蛋白（CRP）水平进行对比分析。结果观察组的总有效率达到85.42%，对照组的总有效率为68.75%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组患者的血沉（ESR）、C反应蛋白（CRP）水平明显下降并低于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论和柳氮磺胺吡啶相比，美沙拉嗪治疗老年溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果更为显著，安全性较好，值得在临床中推广。

Objective To explore the salad lamictal for treatment of ulcerative colitis clinical effect. Methods There were cases in our hospital between treating ulcerative colitis, 96 cases of elderly patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 48 cases of two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical symptoms, blood sedimentation （ESR）, liver and kidney function of the reaction, and c-reactive protein （CRP） levels were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of observing group （85.42%）, control group total effective rate （68.75%）, the difference statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05） Conclusion Compared with willow nitrogen sulfanilamide pyridine, beauty salad oxazine clinical effect is more signiifcant for the treatment of senile ulcerative colitis, security is good, is worth popularization in clinical.
