雷贝拉唑和铝碳酸镁治疗胆囊切除术后伴胆汁反流的胃炎疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Bile Reflux Gastritis With Ray Bella Met and Hydrotalcite in Treatment of Post Cholecystectomy

目的分析雷贝拉唑和铝碳酸镁治疗胆囊切除术后伴胆汁反流的胃炎疗效。方法选取患有该症患者150例,随机分为三组。分别采取雷贝拉唑、铝碳酸镁及两者联合用药治疗,比较三组临床疗效。结果C组患者疗效高于A、B两组,P<0.05;A、B两组临床疗效差异不明显,P>0.05。结论雷贝拉唑和铝碳酸镁治疗胆囊切除术后伴胆汁反流的胃炎疗效尚可,但两者联用能有效提高疗效。

Objective To analyze the effect of bile reflux gastritis with ray Bella met and hydrotalcite in treatment of post cholecystectomy. Methods Selected patients suffering from the disease 150 cases were randomly divided into three groups. Were taken rabeprazole, magnesium and aluminum both combination therapy, the clinical efifcacy of the three groups. Results The curative effect of the patients of C group than in A group, B two, P〈0.05;A, B two groups of clinical curative effect not obvious difference, P〉0.05. Conclusion Rabeprazole and aluminum magnesium treatment with cholecystectomy bile relfux gastritis efifcacy is acceptable, but both combined with can improve efifcacy.
