文拉法辛与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的对照分析

A Comparative Analysis of Venlafaxine and Paroxetine in the Treatment of Depression

目的：探讨文拉法辛与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年～2013年收治的76名抑郁症患者，按照不同临床治疗方法将76例患者，随机分成两组，每组各38例患者，对A组患者应用文拉法辛治疗，对B组患者应用帕罗西汀治疗，两组均治疗8周时间。治疗期间用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）来评定两组治疗的临床疗效。结果 A组的有效率和治愈率分别为80.50%和34.57%，B组的有效率和治愈率为81.20%和33.33%。两组在有效率和治愈率两个方面的差异都相差不大，即（P＞0.05），临床疗效相仿。结论文拉法辛和帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效相差不大，均为有效，安全的抑制剂。

Objective To study the venlafaxine and paroxetine clinical curative effect for the treatment of depression. Methods Our hospital from 2012 to 2013 treated in our hospital at 76 patients with depression, according to the different clinical treatment to 76 cases of patients, randomly divided into two groups, each group of 38 patients, for the treatment of patients of group A practical writing rafa sheen, paroxetine treatment in group B patients, two groups of treatment for 8 weeks. During treatment with Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） to assess the clinical efifcacy of two groups of treatment. Results Group A efifcient and cure rate were 80.50%and 34.57%respectively, and the effectiveness of group B and the cure rate was 81.20%and 33.33%. Two groups in the efifcient and cure rate were similar, both differences （P〉0.05）, the clinical curative effect. Conclusion Venlafaxine and paroxetine treatment the clinical curative effect of depression were similar, are effective, safe inhibitor, can promote the use.
