平衡针治疗肩周炎的临床效果观察

The Clinical Effect for Ping Heng Zhen Acupuncture Treatment on Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的：针对肩周炎进行平衡针灸治疗，根据治疗的结果进行统计学的观察，以期对平衡针灸治疗提供可靠的依据，提高平衡针的治疗效果。方法选取我院在2010年～2013年收治的80例肩周炎患者，将患者随机分为两组，观察组患者40例，对其采用平衡针灸治疗，对照组患者40例，对其采用西医常规方法进行治疗。结果对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析比较，差异显著，观察组的治疗效果要显著优于对照组的治疗效果，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论平衡针治疗肩周炎的效果优于常规西医治疗方法。

Objective According to the result of the treatment on periarthritis of shoulder by Ping Heng Zhen acupuncture, in order to provide the reliable basis of the periarthritis of shoulder treatment, to improve the clinical effect of Ping Heng Zhen acupuncture. Methods To divide the 80 cases patients into control group（40 cases） and observation group（40 cases）. All the cases were chosen from 2010 to 2013. The observation group adopted the Ping Heng Zhen acupuncture treatment, the control group adopted the treatment of conventional western medicine. Results To compare the effect on two groups, the effect in observation group was much better than it in control group. It was in a high treatment efficiency and obvious difference and the statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion To adopt the Ping Heng Zhen acupuncture treatment is much better than western medicine treatment. It is widely used in clinical practice.
