稳心颗粒治疗肺心病心力衰竭并心律失常40例临床回顾

Clinical Report of 40 Cases Cor Pulmonale Heart Failure and Arrhythmia in the Treatment of Metacentric Granule

目的稳心颗粒治疗肺心病心力衰竭并心律失常的临床效果研究。方法选取我院收治并采用稳心颗粒治疗的肺心病心力衰竭并心律失常患者40例将其作为研究组,选取同期采用常规药物治疗的肺心病心力衰竭并心律失常患者40例作为对照组,回顾性分析两组临床效果。结果治疗后,研究组各项心功能指标改善情况及临床总有效率等,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒治疗肺心病心力衰竭并心律失常的临床效果较好。

Objective Metacentric particles for treatment of cor pulmonale heart failure and arrhythmia. Methods Our hospital and USES the metacentre grain treatment of 40 patients with cor pulmonale heart failure and arrhythmia as a group, select the same conventional drug treatment of 40 patients with cor pulmonale heart failure and arrhythmia as control group, two groups were retrospectively analyzed clinical effect. Results After treatment, the team improve the cardiac function indexes and clinical total effective rate, compared with the control group was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metacentric granule in the treatment of cor pulmonale heart failure and arrhythmia in clinical effect is good, is worth popularization and application.
