脑卒中社区康复简易技术探析

Analysis of the Rehabilitation Community Stroke Simple Technique

目的：探析社区康复简易技术对脑卒中患者运动功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法选取我院2012年4月～2014年4月期间收治的脑卒中患者60例，随机均分为观察组与对照组。观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上进行脑卒中社区康复简易技术训练；对照组仅进行常规治疗。比较治疗前后患者FMA、BI量表评分比较患者运动功能和日常生活能力的变化。结果治疗3个月后，观察组患者的运动能力及日常生活能力明显优于对照组和治疗前（P＜0.05）。结论脑卒中社区康复简易技术能大大改善脑卒中患者的运动功能及日常生活能力。

Objective To explore the impact of community rehabilitation simple technique on motor function in patients with stroke and daily living ability. Methods 60 patients with stroke were selected from April to 2014 April in our hospital in 2012 were randomly assigned during the case,as the observation group and control group. Patients in the observation group in the conventional treatment based on the rehabilitation of community stroke simple technical training; the control group was only routine treatment. Compared before and after the treatment with FMA and BI scalechange scores were compared in patients with motor function and ability of daily life. Results After 3 months treatment, observe the movement ability group and daily life ability of the patient was signiifcantly better than the control group and before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Community stroke rehabilitation simple technique can greatly improve the motor function of stroke patients andthe ability of daily life in the community, it is worth popularization.
