社区护理干预对冠心病患者的影响

Influence of Community Nursing Intervention on Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

目的：观察冠心病（CHD）经社区护理干预（CNI）后血脂水平的变化，探讨CNI的临床意义。方法我院2013年6月～2014年6月间经冠状动脉造影确诊为CHD的70例患者，均遵医嘱进行常规治疗，随机分为A组（35例，不接受CNI）和B组（35例，CNI并持续6个月），比较两组患者干预前后血脂水平。结果6个月后B组患者的血脂水平（TC、TG、LDL-C）较干预前有明显改善，且优于未行CNI的A组患者，差异明显（P＜0.05），有统计学意义。结论CNI有利于改善CHD患者血脂水平，值得临床推广应用。

Objective Changes in lipid levels after Community Nursing Intervention （CNI） with coronary heart disease （CHD）, investigate the clinical significance of CNI. Methods 70 cases diagnosed by coronary angiography in patients with CHD from June 2013 to June 2014 ,All patients were prescribed conventional treatment, were randomly divided into A group （35 cases, does not accept the CNI）, B group （35 cases ,CNI group accepted and continued for six months. Use in patients with biochemical analyzer TC, TG, LDL-C. Results The blood lipid level of the patients in the B group after 6 months （TC, TG, LDL-C） signiifcantly improved than those before intervention, patients in group A and CNI than those without a line, obvious difference （P〈0.05）, there is statistical signiifcance. Conclusion CNI is helpful to improve the blood lipid level in patients with CHD, and it is worthy of clinical application.
