饮食干预在肝癌患者康复中的重要性

The Importance of Diet Intervention in Liver Cancer Patients in Rehabilitation

目的：探析早期饮食干预对肝癌患者康复的重要性。方法随机将2012年8月～2014年3月我院所收治的66例肝癌患者分为对照组（n=33）与干预组（n=33），对照组予以常规护理，干预组基于此早期进行饮食干预，对比分析两组患者的肠道功能恢复情况和并发症的发生情况。结果干预组比对照组并发症少且胃肠道功能恢复快，差异明显，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在肝癌患者康复中早期进行饮食干预，可促进其肝脏功能及肠道功能恢复，降低并发症的发生率，提高患者生活质量。

Objective Analysis of the importance of diet intervention in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma during rehabilitation. Methods Random 66 cases of HCC patients in 2012 August to 2014 March in our hospital were divided into control group （n=33） and intervention group （n=33）, the control group was given routine nursing, the intervention group diet intervention was carried out based on the early occurrence of comparative analysis, recovery and complications of two groups of patients with intestinal function. Results Compared with the control group, the intervention group with fewer complications and faster recovery of gastrointestinal function, obvious difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Diet intervention was carried out in the early rehabilitation in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, which can promote the recovery of the function of liver and intestinal function, reduce complications, improve their quality of life.
