摘要 介绍了新型高温高压硬密封固定球阀结构、工作原理、关键技术,采用抗硫化物应力腐蚀开裂、氢致开裂和焊缝抗硫化氢腐蚀的试验分析,选择合理的技术参数和关键技术进行设计,研制出油气集输用高温高压耐磨、防火、抗腐蚀球阀,填补了国内市场空白。 This paper introduces the new type of high temperature and high pressure hard seal fixed ball valve structure, including its working principle and the key technology, which uses the resistance to sulfide stress corrosion cracking and hydrogen induced cracking and weld hydrogen sulfide corrosion resistance test analysis, choosing reasonable technical parameters and design on the key techniques, to develop the oil and gas gathering and transferring with high temperature and high pressure, fire prevention, wear-resisting corrosion ball valve, and finally fills in the gaps in the domestic market.
