摘要
对T型截面长锻件结构进行了分析，确定了制定工艺方案的基本原则。通过有限元方法对四种可能的T型截面长锻件锻造方法进行了数值模拟，阐述了各种方法可能出现的缺陷及适用范围．并对T型截面长锻件工艺方案设计中应注意的问题进行了总结。
： The design principles of the forging processing plan were illustrated by analyzing the T shape free forging. The numerical simulation was used on the four possible methods of the T shape free forgings by using the finite element method, and the possible defects of each forging method and its applied range were researched. Also the problems which should be paid attention to in the design of the T shape long forging were. summarized.
