基于SWOT分析法的高校党建工作路径初探

当前，高校党建工作面临着诸多新变化、新问题。如何在保证党员数量的基础上．提升高校党建工作质量，是一个迫切而崭新的课题。本文引入管理学的SWOT分析法，阐述其对提升高校党建工作水平的作用，运用SWOT分析法系统分析当前高校党建工作的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。探索SWOT矩阵模型下高校党建工作路径，试图为高校党建工作提供有益借鉴。

The present Party construction at the higher colleges and universities is facing many new changes and new problems. How to guarantee the number of party members, on the basis of improving the quality of party construction in colleges and universities, is an urgent and new subject. Through the introduction of management method of SWOT analysis, this paper expounds its role to enhance the level of party construction at the higher colleges and universities, and systematically analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of current college Party construction work, to explore the path of Party construction work at higher colleges and universities under SWOT matrix model, trying to provide beneficial reference for the party construction work.
