高职院校学生顶岗实习质量控制的探索与实践——以四川工程职业技术学院为例

The Exploration and Practice on the Quality Control of Students’ Post Practiceat the Higher Vocational Colleges

本文分析了目前顶岗实习中存在的问题，阐述了顶岗实习的目的、针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策，一是发挥行业优势和地理优势，严格筛选学生顶岗实习基地；二是建立顶岗实习回访制度：三是采用“过程＋结果、企业指导教师＋校内指导教师”的综合考核评价体系；四是建立信息管理平台，实现校企互动管理。实时掌控顶岗实习效果，对顶岗实习的质量控制做了实践探索。

The post practice is an indispensable part of practice teaching at the higher vocational colleges, it plays a very important role in the process of higher vocational education. This paper expounds the internship purpose, aiming at the existing problems, and formulates corresponding policies, aiming at the further exploration on quality control of post practice.
