硅纳米线生物传感器及其在医学检测中的应用

摘要 医学检测是医学研究和临床疾病诊断的一项重要工作。硅纳米线生物传感器作为医学检测的一种新型工具,以其高选择性、高灵敏度、实时响应和免于标记的检测能力而受到日益广泛的关注。本文从硅纳米线生物传感器的检测原理入手,介绍了国内外关于纳米技术在医学检测中的应用研究最新进展,提出了目前硅纳米线生物传感器研究面临的问题,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
