临床路径在规范化输血中的应用

Application of Clinical Path in Blood Transfusion in the Specification

目的：重点探索临床路径应用于输血的有效性，促进规范化输血，确保输血安全。方法选择2013年1月初-2014年12月末我院的1000份输血病例作为主要研究对象，对比分析实施临床路径前后的具体输血情况。结果实施临床路径后的输血文书优于实施路径前，实施临床路径前后的输血文书有明显差异（P〈0.05）。实施临床路径后的输血情况优于实施路径前，实施临床路径前后的输血情况有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论临床路径应用于临床输血，有利于促进输血规范化，确保了输血的安全，减少医疗纠纷。

Objective To explore the effect of the application of clinical pathway in the standardization of blood transfusion,to ensure the safety of blood transfusion. Methods 1000 cases of continuous blood transfusion in our hospital were taken as the main object of study,compared and analysed the blood transfusion before and after the implementation of specific clinical path. Results After applying the clinical pathway,blood transfusion instrument was obviously better than before,there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Blood transfusion was significantly better after applying the clinical pathway,there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of clinical pathway in clinical blood transfusion can promote the standardization and ensure the safety of blood transfusion,and reduce medical disputes.
