生化检验项目在肝硬化疾病诊断中的价值探讨

The Value of Biochemical Tests in the Diagnosis of Liver Cirrhosis Disease

目的研究并分析生化检验项目在肝硬化疾病诊断中的价值。方法将我所46例肝硬化患者纳入本研究,组成观察组,另选择我所同期的46例健康体检者组成对照组,应用生化检验法检查患者肝功能,对比两组生化检验结果。结果观察组患者直接胆红素、总胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、总胆汁酸均高于对照组,白蛋白、总蛋白、胆碱酯酶、白蛋白与球蛋白比值低于对照组,上述数据组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于肝硬化诊断,生化检验项目具有重要意义,既能够帮助医师掌握患者的病情,还能够根据患者的机体情况采用针对性的治疗措施。

Objective To study and analyze the value of biochemical tests in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis disease. Methods 46 cases were included in this study group with liver cirrhosis,the composition of the observation group,another 46 healthy physical examinees formed the control group,patients were tested with liver function examination and biochemical method,compared the two groups of biochemistry test results. Results Direct bilirubin, total bilirubin,alkaline phosphatase,total bile acid in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,total protein,albumin, cholinesterase,albumin and globulin ratio were lower than that of the control group,the data differences between groups was significantly（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis,biochemical tests have important significance,which could help physicians to master the condition of patients,but also can use targeted therapy measures according to the body condition of patients.
