彩超诊断乳腺肿块良恶性的临床价值

The Clinical Value on Color Doppler Sonography in the Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant of Breast Masses

目的对彩超诊断乳腺肿块良恶性的临床价值进行探讨。方法选取我院临床拟诊为乳腺肿块的患者84例,对其进行彩超诊断,并对比手术病理结果。结果经手术和术后病理证实,共有67例乳腺良性肿瘤,17例乳腺恶性肿瘤。在彩超诊断中对乳腺肿块进行良恶性的关键在于边界特征和形态,恶性肿块的血流显示率明显较高,具有病灶内微小钙化点、后方回声衰减、内部回声不均匀、边界不清、形态不规则等特点。结论在对乳腺肿块良恶性的诊断中,彩超具有重要的临床诊断和鉴别价值。

To explore the clinical valne of color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of benigal and malignant of breast masses. Methods 84 cases of patients with breast masses in our hospital were chosen, by color Doppler ultrasonography and compared with pathological results after operation. Results After operation and postoperative pathology confirmed, there was a total of 67 cases of benign breast tumor, 17 cases of malignant breast tumor. Color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of breast masses in the key lies in the boundary of benign and malignant characteristics and morphological, malignant tumor blood flow display rate was significantly higher in lesions, it had the characteristics of small calcification, posterior echo attenuation, homogenous internal echo, boundary was not clear, irregular shape etc. Conclusion In the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast neoplasms, ultrasonography has important clinical value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
