慢性乙型肝炎重叠戊型肝炎病毒感染的研究

目的研究慢性乙型肝炎重叠戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)感染生化指标特点。方法选择慢性乙型肝炎重叠HEV感染37例纳入合并组,单纯性慢性乙型肝炎患者60纳入乙肝组,单纯性急性HEV感染性肝炎50例纳入戊型组,对比三组相关指标水平。结果乙肝组与戊型组年龄、PT、PTA、AST、ALP、GGT、TP、GLB水平差异,乙肝组与合并组年龄、AST、ALT、GLB、AFP、DNA水平差异,戊型组与合并组PTA、ALT、ALP、GGT、AFP水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性乙型肝炎重叠HEV感染实验室生化指标水平与乙肝、戊肝均存在一定差异。

Objective To study the biochemical index features of chronic hepatitis B superinfected hepatitis E virus（HEV）infection. Methods Selected 37 patients with chronic hepatitis B superinfection and HEV infection in the combined group,60 patients with chronic hepatitis B into the hepatitis B group,simple acute HEV infection hepatitis 50 cases were included in the E group,compared three groups of related markers. Results The PT,PTA,AST,age,ALP,GGT,TP,GLB levels had difference in 3 groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chronic hepatitis B superinfection of HEV infection laboratory of biochemical index level is different with hepatitis B,hepatitis E.
