妊娠合并子宫肌瘤临床治疗分析

Analysis of Clinical Treatment of Pregnancy With Uterine Fibroids

目的：研究分析妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者的治疗效果。方法2012-2014年我院接收了148例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者，对患者的临床资料进行分析研究。结果妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者中出现了31例早产病例，占20.95%，产后出血11例，占7.43%，肌瘤的大小、位置、出血几率不存在统计学差异性，P〉0.05。结论子宫肌瘤大小、位置等进行分析可以为子宫肌瘤剔除术的安全操作提供基础。患者如果存在宫缩乏力、剖宫产出血量大等情况，不能勉强进行剔除肌瘤手术。如果患者是多发肌瘤，年龄较大，则可以选择在剖宫产手术的时候完成子宫切除手术。

Objective To analyze the clinical treatment effect of pregnancy with uterine fibroids. Methods Selected 148 cases of pregnant women with uterine fibroids in our hospital from 2012 to 2014,and analyzed according to the clinical data. Results There were 31 early maternals,accounting for 20.95%, 11 postpartum hemorrhage cases,accounting for 7.43%. The size of the myoma,the location,and the bleeding risk had no significant difference, P〉0.05. Conclusion The analysis of myoma size and position is very important and basic to safe operation on uterine myomectomy. If patients with weak contractions or cesarean section hemorrhage,they barely can′t received the eliminate fibroid surgery. Patients can be adopted to complete hysterectomy in cesarean delivery operation,if they are older with multiple myoma.
