Clinical Analysis of Adult Acute Severe Viral Myocarditis

目的：探究成人急性重症病毒性心肌炎的临床特点，并提出治疗措施。方法回顾性分析我院2013年11月-2014年11月接受的50例成人急性重症病毒性心肌炎患者的临床特点。结果急性重症病毒性心肌炎的临床表现特点多种多样，主要表现为心力衰竭或者心律失常，血清肌钙蛋白-I、磷酸肌酸酶CK-MB临床数据升高。本组50例患者中43例患者治愈出院，另7例患者死亡。结论临床急性重症病毒性心肌炎的发病急，且病程迁延速度快，有较高的病死率，临床治疗过程中需要提高重视程度，实现早发现、早治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of adult patients with acute severe viral myocarditis,and put forward treatment measures. Methods A retrospective analysis the clinical characteristics of 50 cases of adult patients with acute severe viral myocarditis in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014. Results The various clinical manifestations of acute severe viral myocarditis and diverse,mainly for heart failure or arrhythmia,also cardiac troponin-I,creatine phosphokinase CK-MB clinical data rise. This group of 50 patients in 43 patients were cured,the other 7 patients died. Conclusion The incidence of clinical acute severe viral myocarditis in the acute and prolonged course,speedily,a high mortality,and it need us to increase the degree of attention in the clinical treatment,to achieve early detection and early treatment.
