女性乳腺良性肿瘤微创化手术的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Breast Benign Tumor Minimally Invasive Operation

目的：对女性乳腺良性肿瘤微创化手术的效果进行分析。方法整理收集在我院治疗的乳腺良性患者80例，作为本次研究对象，进行回顾性分析。并给予微创化手术进行治疗。结果全部80例患者当中，77例（96.25%）切口愈合良好，1例（1.25%）脂肪液化，2例（2.50%）乳房血肿，经过对症处理后切口愈合。0.5-1年随访，所有患者切口均不明显，患者十分满意。结论女性乳腺良性肿瘤采用微创化手术进行治疗，具有准确安全、美观无痕、术后恢复快，不易感染。

Objective To analyze the ef ect of breast benign tumor minimal y invasive operation. Methods 80 patients with breast benign finishing col ected in our hospital who were the object of study were given minimal y invasive operation by retrospective analysis. Results Al the 80 patients,77 cases（96.25%）had wel heal incision,1 cases（1.25%）had fat liquefaction,and 2 cases（2.50%）had breast hematoma who wound healed after symptomatic treatment. After Six months to 1 years fol ow-up,al the incision were not obvious,patients were very satisfied. Conclusion Minimal y invasive operation used in breast benign tumor has the benefit including,accurate and safe,beautiful without mark,faster postoperative recovery,less infection,so this method is worth popularizing in clinic.
