乳腺癌老年患者应用保乳与前哨淋巴结活检治疗的价值评价

Evaluation of the Value of Keeping Breast and Sentinelling Lymph Node Biopsy in the Treatment of Elderly Patients With Breast Cancer

目的：评价乳腺癌老年患者应用保乳与前哨淋巴结活检治疗的临床价值。方法随机选择2013年3月-2015年1月我院收治的60例老年乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，把60例患者随机均分为对照组与观察组，每组各30例。对照组给予传统根治术治疗，观察组给予保乳与前哨淋巴结活检治疗，对比两种患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者从手术时间、术中出血量和术后拔管时间、并发症发生率、住院时间等方面明显优于对照组，观察组术后的美容效果满意率高于对照组，两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用保乳与前哨淋巴结活检治疗的方法，可以提高老年乳腺癌患者术后的恢复速度，减少并发症的发生，提高美容效果满意率。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of keeping breast and sentinelling lymph node biopsy in the treatment of elderly patients with breast cancer. Methods Randomly selected 60 cases of elderly patients with breast cancer in our hospital from March 2013 to January 2015,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group with 30 cases. The cases in control group were given conventional radical treatment,the others in observation group were given keeping breast and sentinelling lymph node biopsy treatment. Then compared two clinical therapeutic effects. Results The patients in the observation group were better in the operation time,intraoperative blood loss, postoperative extubation time,complication rates and length of hospital stay. The cosmetic effect of postoperative satisfaction in observation group was higher. There was significant difference between the two groups,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with breast cancer by keeping breast and sentinelling lymph node biopsy can reduce complications,and improve recovery rate,patient satisfaction and cosmetic effect.
