甲状腺肿瘤普外科手术治疗的临床特点观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Thyroid Tumor Operation Characteristics of the Department of General Surgery

目的：对甲状腺肿瘤普外科手术治疗的临床特点进行观察。方法选取我院于2012年10月-2014年10月收治的100例甲状腺肿瘤患者，将其作为本次的研究对象，并分成对照组和观察组，每组各50例，对照组患者采用保守治疗，观察组患者采用普外科手术治疗，记录患者的治疗效果，并进行比较。结果经治疗后，观察组患者治疗总有效人数48例，总有效率为96%，对照组患者治疗总有效人数39例，总有效率为78%，比较两组患者的治疗效果差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对甲状腺肿瘤患者的治疗，普外科手术能够切实改善患者的病情，提高患者的治疗效果，有利于患者生活质量的提高。

Objective To observe the clinical characteristics treatment of thyroid tumor operation in Department of general surgery. Methods 100 thyroid tumor patients who were treated in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 were randomized into a control group and an observation group. Patients in control group were treated by conservative treatment,and the observation group were treated by general surgery operation. Recorded the treatment effect and compared. Results After the treatment,the total effective number of observation group were 48 cases,the total effective rate was 96%,total effective number of the control group were 39 cases,the total effective rate was 78%,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of thyroid tumor patients,Department of general surgery operation can effectively improve the patient＇s condition,improve the patients’treatment effect,is beneficial to the life quality of the patients improved,has extremely important significance in clinical application.
