复合式青光眼滤过手术治疗原发性青光眼的临床探讨

Clinical Study of Combined Glaucoma Filtration Operation in the Treatment of Primary Glaucoma

目的分析原发性青光眼使用复合式青光眼滤过手术治疗的效果。方法对我院接收的60例原发性青光眼患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分组为对照组和观察组,对照组患者使用单独小梁切除治疗,观察组使用复合式青光眼滤过手术,对两组患者的临床治疗情况进行对比分析。结果两组患者经过手术治疗后,其眼压都有所降低,观察组患者的降低幅度比对照组大(P<0.05),术后一年观察组的眼压情况也比对照组优秀(P<0.05);观察组临床中出现浅前房的几率是9.1%,对照组是23.5%,两组存在统计学差异性(P<0.05);术后早期两组患者无视野损害严重化的情况,一年后,观察组共有12眼(27.3%)出现视野损害严重化,对照组共有27眼(79.4%),具有统计学差异。结论原发性青光眼换接受复合式青光眼滤过手术治疗的临床效果比较好,对患者的眼压改善明显,浅前房发生率有所降低,患者的临床手术效果也有了提升,对患者的视野损伤也起到了改善。

Objective To study the treatment effect on primary glaucoma using a composite type glaucoma filtration operation. Methods Chose 60 patients with primary glaucoma in our hospital to carry on the research analysis. Patients in the control group used separate trabeculectomy. The observation group used compound glaucoma filtering operation. Results The observation group patients intraocular pressure reduced more amplitude than the control group （P〈0.05）. A year later, the group were observed a total of 12（27.3%）of severe visual field damage, the control group consisted of 27（79.4%）,with a statistical y significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical effect on composite type of glaucoma filtration operation with primary glaucoma is better. It can play an improvement on the view of visual field damage.
