儿科护理中对患儿家长心理护理的研究

The Research on Psychological Nursing of Parents During Pediatric Nursing

目的：探讨儿科护理中对患儿家长进行心理护理的方法。方法选取2013年12月-2014年4月期间我院儿科病房住院患儿60例，全面了解患儿家长出现的不同心理问题，观察其表现分析出现原因，然后进行针对性的心理护理。结果60例患儿家长经过有效的心理护理，基本消除了患儿家长心理问题，并对医生和护士建立了信任及树立信心。结论及时、正确的心理分析和护理使患儿家长基本消除了紧张、焦虑等心理问题，并能主动、积极配合医生和护士的治疗及护理，主动影响患儿心理，进而使患儿积极配合医生和护士，提高了治疗效率，缩短病程。

Objective Discuss psychological nursing care methods for parents of children during pediatric nursing. Methods Selected 60 cases of children at pediatric wards in our hospital from December 2013 to April 2014,a comprehensive understanding of parents of different psychological problems, observed its performance analysis in reason,and then corresponding psychological nursing care. Results The 60 cases parents properly and effective psychological nursing,basically eliminated the parents psychological problem,and set up a trust for doctors and nurses and build confidence. Conclusion Timely,correct and targeted psychological analysis and nursing care,parents basical y eliminated the psychological problems such as tension,anxiety,distrust,and able to take the initiative and actively cooperate with the doctors and nurses treatment and nursing,active influence their children’s psychology,thereby enabling children cooperate with the doctors and nurses care actively,greatly improve the treatment efficiency,shorten the course of the disease.
