人文关怀理念在精神科护理中的应用

The Application of The Concept of Humanistic Care in Psychiatric Nursing

目的：探讨人文关怀在精神科患者护理中的应用及体会。方法连续入选2013年1月-2014年1月在我院精神科住院的患者380例，随机分为干预组与对照组，各190人，对照组给予常规护理，干预组在给予精神科常规护理的基础上，将人文关怀理念融入到对患者的护理工作中，比较两组患者干预前后生活质量评分以及患者满意度评分。结果护理1个月后，两组患者生活质量评分较护理前均有提高，干预组的改善程度优于对照组（P〈0.05），干预组患者与对照组患者相比，满意度较高，有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论人文关怀理念式护理能显著提高患者的生活质量评分以及护理工作满意度评分。

Objective To explore the application and experience of humanistic care in psychiatric nursing. Methods 380 patients in department of psychiatric of our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected into intervention group and control group, 190 cases in each. The control group patients received conventional care, and the intervention group patients received nursing care with humanistic ideas based on conventional psychiatric nursing.Results The quality of life scores of two groups were higher than that before nursing care, and the degree of improvement in the intervention group was better than control group（P〈0.05）. The patient satisfaction in intervention group was higher than control group significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing care with concept of humanistic care can significantly improve the patient′s quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction scores.
