摘要
目的：研究分析糖尿病肾病患者使用护理干预的效果。方法2013-2014年我院共选取了76例糖尿病肾病患者，对他们进行了随机分组，对照组和试验组均有38例患者，对照组使用常规护理，试验组使用优质护理，对两组患者的临床护理效果进行比较分析。结果两组患者的血糖值、尿蛋白排泄率、血尿素氮水平等对比结果为试验组较优。结论糖尿病肾病患者临床使用优质护理，对治疗效果起到了促进作用，患者的肾功能恶化情况得到了控制，并发症发生率得到了改善，患者的生活质量也有了提升。
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 76 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 were selected into control group and experimental group,38 cases in each. The control group patients were treated with routine nursing care,the experimental group patients received high quality nursing care. The clinical nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The blood glucose,urinary protein excretion,blood urea nitrogen levels of experimental group were better than control group. Conclusion The clinical use of high quality nursing care for diabetes nephropathy patients,can improve treatment effectiveness,control the deterioration of renal function,improve the incidence of complications.
