摘要
目的研究手术室局麻药中毒的风险管理及临床护理措施。方法以在手术中采用局部麻醉的80例患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组行常规护理,观察组行针对性护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组中毒率低于对照组(P<0.05),对护理人员综合评价高于对照组(P<0.05),采用具有统计学意义。结论对手术中局麻药中毒现象应加强风险管理,并合理采取护理措施,以降低中毒率。
Objective To study risk management and clinical care measures of local anesthetic toxicity in operating room. Methods Chose 80 patients who were usd local anesthesia during surgery for the study and randomly divided into two groups,the control were used routine care,observation group were used targeted care,compared two groups of nursing effect. Results The poisoning was lower in the control group（P〈0.05）,a comprehensive evaluation of the control group for caregivers（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance. Conclusion The surgery of local anesthetic toxicity should strengthen risk management,and to take reasonable care and measures to reduce the rate of poisoning.
