摘要
目的：研究分析流浪精神病患者接受护理干预后其不良行为改善情况。方法选择2011-2014年我院的137例流浪三无精神病患者，对他们接受抗精神药物治疗以及护理干预后的不良行为改善情况进行分析，对患者进行护理干预前后8周的康复疗效评定量表得分进行分析。结果经护理干预后患者的IPROS量表评分仅关心和兴趣因子分没有差异，其它评分均有所改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论护理干预能够有效的改善流浪精神病患者的不良行为，改善其生活质量，让其获得一定的社会功能。
Objective To study the improvement on bad behavior of vagrant mental patients after nursing intervention. Methods 137 vagrant mental patients with three abstentions in our hospital from 2011 to 2014 were selected. The improvements of their bad behaviors after receiving antipsychotic treatment and nursing intervention were analyzed,and the scores of rehabilitation effect rating scales were analyzed on the patient before nursing intervention and after 8 weeks of nursing intervention. Results Except concern and interest factors,the IPROS scale scores changed significantly after nursing intervention （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The nursing intervention can improve the bad behavior of vagrant mental patients effectively,and improve the quality of life, make the patients obtain the certain social function.
