围手术期护理干预对全腹膜外腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术术后疗效的影响

Impact of Perioperative Nursing Intervention on Total Extraperitoneal Inguinal Hernia Repair

目的探讨围手术期护理干预对全腹膜外腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术术后疗效的影响。方法选择142例TEP手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者入院后均按无张力疝修补术围手术期护理常规进行护理,观察组在此基础上予以围手术期护理干预。观察两组患者术后恢复日常活动时间、住院费用和术后住院时间及术后并发症的发生率。结果观察组住院时间、住院费用、恢复日常活动时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期护理干预能缩短TEP术后住院时间,降低住院费用,提前恢复日常活动,降低术后并发症的发生率,提高手术的疗效。

Objective To explorer the impact of perioperative nursing intervention on total extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair（TEP）.Methods 142 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups to receive TEP. The control group received the traditional tension-free inguinal hernia repair nursing while the study group received perioperative nursing intervention in addition to traditional nursing. Time to postoperative activity,hospitalization expense, postoperative length of stay,and the complication rates were compared between the 2 groups. Results Time to postoperative activity,hospitalization expense,postoperative length of stay,and the complication rates were significantly less in the study group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention can reduce the time to postoperative activity,hospitalization expense,postoperative length of stay, and the complication rates and enhance the effects of the surgery.
