摘要
目的：研究分析甲亢合并糖尿病患者的临床护理方式。方法对2012-2013年我院接收的100例甲亢合并糖尿病患者来进行研究分析，全部的患者分成对照组和研究组两组，均有50例。研究组患者接收规范护理干预，对照组接受常规护理，对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果研究组总有效率为96.00%，1人出现并发症；对照组总有效率为84.00%，7人出现并发症。两组对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论规范性护理对甲亢合并糖尿病患者的临床治疗效果比较好，患者的病情稳定，并发症发生率低。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical nursing intervention of hyperthyroidism patients complicated with diabetes. Methods 100 patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with diabetes in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 were selected into study group and control group, 50 cases in each. The patients in study group received standard nursing intervention, and the control group patients received routine nursing care, then nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in study group was 96%, and complications occurred in 1 person. The total effective rate in the control group was 84%, and complications occurred in 7 persons. There were statistical y significant difference in two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of standard nursing care for patients with diabetes complicated with hyperthyroidism is better, and the patient′s condition is stable, the probability of complications is low relatively.
