2型糖尿病并发脑梗死偏瘫患者应用多元化护理干预的效果探讨

Effect Discussion of Diversified Nursing Intervention for Type 2 Diabetes Patients Complicated With Hemiplegia Owing to Cerebral Infarction

目的研究分析多元化护理干预对2型糖尿病并发脑梗死偏瘫患者的效果。方法对我院的180例2型糖尿病并发脑梗死偏瘫患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分组为对照组和研究组两组,对照组使用常规护理干预,研究组使用多元化护理干预,对两组患者的临床护理效果进行对比分析。结果与护理前相比,两组HADM评分、ADL评分均有所提高,实验组以上两项指标为(7.37±4.15)分、(78.56±4.23)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组血糖控制情况,实验组总改善率为83.3%,高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病并发脑梗死偏瘫患者接受多元化护理干预,能够对其病情起到控制的作用,患者的日常活动能力得到了增强,生活质量有了提升。多元化护理干预对2型糖尿病患者的使用效果理想。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of diversified nursing intervention on type 2 diabetes complicated with hemiplegia owing to cerebral infarction. Methods 180 patients of type 2 diabetes complicated with hemiplegia owing to cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected into control group and study group. The patients in control group received routine nursing intervention, and study group patients received diversified nursing intervention, then the clinical nursing effect of two groups were compared. Results Compared with the scores before nursing, the HADM and ADL scores of two groups were raised, and the two scores were（7.37±4.15）point and（78.56±4.23）point, higher than that of study group significantly（P〈0.05）. The change of blood glucose between two groups were compared, the total improvement rate in study group（83.3%）was higher than control group（66.7%）significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The diversified nursing intervention on type 2 diabetes complicated with hemiplegia owing to cerebral infarction can control disease development,enhance the daily activity ability,promote the quality of life. The effect of diversified nursing intervention on type 2 diabetes is very ideal.
