晚期胎膜早破产妇临床护理路径的效果观察

Effect Observation of Clinical Nursing Path in The Maternal Nursing of The Late Premature Rupture of Membranes

目的：探究临床护理路径使用在晚期胎膜早破产妇中的效果。方法随机抽取我院2013年4月-2014年8月入院确诊为晚期胎膜早破的产妇100例，随机将其分成A组和B组，每组50例，对A组产妇使用常规护理方式，B组产妇使用临床护理路径，对比两组产妇的护理满意度和平均住院时间。结果 A组的护理满意度88%，B组的护理满意度98%，A组的平均住院时间（5.53±0.88）天，B组的平均住院时间（3.77±0.63）天，两组数据对比B组优于A组，两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对产妇使用临床护理路径有助于提升护理质量，提高产妇对护理的满意程度，缩短产妇的住院时间，保持产妇的身心健康。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing path in the maternal nursing of the late premature rupture of membranes. Methods 100 patients with late premature rupture of membranes in our hospital were randomly selected into group A and B,50 cases in each. The patients in group A received routine nursing care,group B patients were treated with clinical nursing path. The nursing satisfaction degree of and average hospital stay between two groups were compared. Results In group A ,the nursing satisfaction degree was 88%,the average hospital stay was（5.53±0.88）d. In group B ,the nursing satisfaction degree was 98%,the average hospital stay was（3.77±0.63）d. The differences between two groups were significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing path can improve the quality of nursing,enhance the nursing satisfaction degree,shorten hospital stay,and keep the physical and mental health of pregnant women.
