手术室对骨科外来器械实施无缝隙护理管理的经验及效果

Experience and Effect of Seamless Nursing Management on Orthopedics Foreign Instruments in Operation Room

目的：研究无缝隙护理管理骨科外来器械的方法和效果。方法2013-2014年我院研究了200例骨科外来器械管理情况，将其分为观察组和对照组，观察组采取无缝护理管理，对照组采取常规管理，对比两组的护理问题和器械情况。结果观察组器械的质量问题、和手术不符合情况、术后感染情况等均要比对照组少，P〈0.05。对照组术后器械清洗不净、记录丢失和错误情况比观察组多，P〈0.05。结论骨科外来器械进行无缝隙护理管理可以让手术室的器械使用更加规范，保证了手术的效果，降低了护理事故发生率。

Objective To study the method and ef ect of seamless nursing management on orthopedics foreign instruments. Methods 200 cases about orthopedics foreign instruments in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 were selected into observation group and control group. The observation group received seamless nursing management,while the control group received conventional management. The nursing problems and instruments problems of two groups were compared. Results The quality problems of instruments, the inconformity problems with the operation and postoperative infection in observation group were less than that in control group,P〈0.05. The unclean instruments,loss records and error occurred in the control group were more than that in observation group,P〈0.05. Conclusion The seamless nursing management on orthopedics foreign instruments can make the operation room instruments more standard,ensure the operation ef ect,and reduce the nursing accidents.
