胃镜下局部注射治疗晚期胃癌的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Endoscopic Local Injection in Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的：分析并研究胃镜下局部注射治疗晚期胃癌的最佳护理方式。方法选取我院在2012年4月-2014年4月收治的142例晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组71例。两组患者均以胃镜下局部注射的方式予以治疗，对照组配合常规的护理干预，观察组配合优质护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者恢复状况更好，护理有效率为95.77%，对照组护理有效率为53.52%，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用胃镜下局部注射治疗晚期胃癌患者，配合优质护理能够取得更好的效果。

Objective To analyze and study the best nursing mode of endoscopic local injection in treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 142 patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were selected into observation group and control group, 71 cases in each. The patients of two groups were treated with endoscopic local injection, the control group patients received routine nursing interventions, while the observation group patients received high-quality nursing interventions. The nursing effects between two groups were compared. Results The observation group patients recovered better than control group. The nursing efficiency in observation group was 95.77%, and control group was 53.52%, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of high-quality nursing care combined with endoscopic local injection in treatment of advanced gastric cancer is remarkable.
